Article Summary

Preview the work tickets scheduled for your day. The daily plan provides information to prepare you and your crew for the present work day. You can view the work tickets scheduled for the day and the estimated amount of materials and indirect services needed to complete those work tickets. 

When your device goes offline while viewing the Daily Plan screen, you will be notified that you are offline when you pull down to refresh the data. Once you are back online, you will get a message that you are online, along with the timestamp for your last data sync. The daily plan feature is only available if the Show Daily Plan feature is enabled from the Manage Routes section of the Schedule module via the Aspire desktop app. Note that an Edit Route permission is needed to change route configurations in the Aspire Mobile app. 


  1. Route Selector - Use the route selector to filter the Daily Plan by route so you can only see Tickets, Materials, and Indirect Services associated with your chosen route. Only Materials and Indirect Services associated with the Snow division will be displayed when Snow Mode is enabled. 
  2. Tickets - List the Work Tickets scheduled for the current day. By default, the Daily Plan will display the work tickets scheduled for the day of work based on your chosen route. When Snow Mode is enabled, you can see work tickets filtered by the Snow Division 
  3. Materials - Lists the estimated materials required to complete the work tickets scheduled for the current day.
  4. Indirect Services - The indirect services required to complete the work tickets scheduled for the current day. 
  5. Progression Bar -  Displays the percentage of hours completed out of the total hours scheduled for work tickets on that day. You will see a status of 100% indicating completion appear once the total logged hours for the day meet or exceed the number of visit hours scheduled for each work ticket. 
  6. Work Tickets/Service - List of Work Tickets, displaying the property and service name associated with the work ticket.
  7. Daily Plan Menu icon - By default, the Daily Plan will appear after you log into Aspire Mobile. If you navigate away from the daily plan screen, you can get back to it by selecting the Today calendar icon from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Select the button in the top left corner of your screen first if you don't see the menu at the bottom of your screen.

Materials

The materials tab displays a read-only list of available items for the jobs scheduled for the current day. To view how to manage materials from Aspire Mobile, select Materials

  1.  Materials tab - choose this tab to view the materials available for the current work day. 
  2.  Item - Name of the material item. 
  3.  Unit -  Measurement type for the material. 
  4. Quantity - The number of units available for the item. 
  5. User's Route - Filter the route for displaying the daily plan. 

Indirect Services 

Indirect Services is a read-only display of the indirect services associated with the route. They will often be unscheduled.
