As a system administrator,  Aspire enables you to establish annual budgets against which you can track financial progress during the year using KPIs and the Rolling Budget Report. One budget can be established for each fiscal year. When creating a budget for a given fiscal year, numbers are entered for each branch or division combination. Established budgets are maintained from the Budgets Search List and Budget screens. The Budgets Search List screen is available to users assigned the Edit Budget permission.

The Budgets Search List screen behaves like other search lists allowing you to display and filter information to provide the most value in various situations. Note that users can only see budgets listed in the search list for which they have branch access.

The default configuration for the search list is to group branches by budget year. Drilling into one of the branches for a budget year shows the Budget screen displaying that branch’s budget for the specified year. Once on the Budget screen, you can navigate between budgets for the available branches.
