Article Summary

The Property Overview screen is a screen that provides an overview of a property showing key information about the property, a financial overview for business on the property, opportunities associated with the property, property contacts, and issues identified on the property. It also provides icons and hyperlinks to access or edit other property-related information.

Mobile Properties screen


The Properties screen is available from the following locations in Aspire:

  • Property line items on the Properties Search List screen
  • Property hyperlinks in the Properties section of the Company screen
  • Property hyperlink on the Work Ticket screen
  • Property hyperlink on the Opportunity screen
  • Property line items on the Info tab of the Contact screen
  • Property icon on the Issue screen
  • Property icon on the Email screen
  • Property icon on the Appointment screen
  • Property icon on the Task screen

The following table describes the elements available on this screen: 

Screen ElementDescription
Property NameThis field is blank when creating a new property. If you are viewing an existing property, the property name is displayed.
Edit PropertySelecting this from the More drop-down redirects you to the Property Details screen and allows you to make changes to the property and save them.
P&L ReportSelecting this from the More drop-down displays the report menu, which provides access to the following property-specific reports: P&L, Transaction List, Client Budget, and Visit Notes.
P&L Completed ReportSelecting this from the More drop-down displays the Report for Completed Work Profit & Loss.
Edit PropertySelecting this from the More drop-down allows you to edit the property by displaying the Property screen.
TakeoffsSelecting this from the More drop-down allows you to specify takeoff measurements specific to the property by displaying the Property Takeoffs screen.
Property Phone List 
  • Add and manage phone numbers for the property. 
  • If you only have the View Properties or the View Only My Properties permission enabled under your user role but you do not have the Edit All Properties or Edit My Properties permission enabled, this will only be a read-only window, and you will not be able to add, edit or remove numbers that are on the list. 
  • The format of the added numbers will reflect 000-000-000. 
  • Only characters 0-9 can be used. 
Transaction ListSelecting this from the More drop-down displays the list of transactions, i.e., invoices, for the property.
Client BudgetSelecting this from the More drop-down displays the Property budget for the year specified.
Account OwnerCompany person with overall responsibility for the property. If enabled, select the link to open the contact side panel menu. 
Primary ContactExternal primary contact for the property. If enabled, select the link to open the contact side panel menu.
CompanyName of the company with which the property is associated. This field is displayed as a hyperlink. Clicking on the Company hyperlink displays the Company screen.
Next ActivityIt shows the next activity due for completion and is associated with the property. The activity is displayed as a hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink displays the activity so that you can update it.
More ActivitiesSelecting this from the More drop-down displays a search list of all activities (appointments, issues, emails, tasks, and milestones) associated with the opportunity. Clicking on an item in the returned search list will allow you to edit the selected activity.
New Appointment Allows you to schedule a new appointment that is associated with the property.
New Task Allows you to create a new task that is associated with the property.
AttachmentsDisplays a hyperlink showing the number of attachments saved for the property. If there are attachments, clicking the hyperlink will provide a list of the existing attachments allowing you to edit or remove attachments from the property.
Upload FilesClick this icon to add an attachment to the property. Attachments are frequently documents or photos that provide additional information about the property. When you add the attachment, you will be allowed to make it available to crew members in their mobile app when they are doing work associated with the property.
WebsiteIf a website was provided for the property when the property was created, this field displays a hyperlink to that site.
Revenue sectionThis section is only displayed if you have the View Revenue permission.
Revenue (Last 12 Mo.)A hyperlink that displays the running 12 months earned revenue for the property (excludes the current month). Clicking the hyperlink displays the Property P&L Report to provide additional information.
Account BalanceThe hyperlink displays the outstanding unpaid invoice balance for the property. Clicking the hyperlink displays a search list showing the receivables that reflect the account balance allowing further review.

Gross Margin(Revenue – Direct Cost) / Revenue) expressed as a percentage based on running 12 months.
Previous VisitHyperlink displays the scheduled date of the work ticket scheduled most recently relative to the current day for the property. Clicking the hyperlink displays the Work Ticket screen for a visit.
Next VisitThe hyperlink displays the scheduled date of the next scheduled work ticket for the property. Clicking the hyperlink displays the for the visit.
Visit NotesSelecting this from the More drop-down displays the Visit Notes screen, allowing you to select notes from a visit.
Full Property WizardSelecting this from the More drop-down displays a Full Property Wizard report summarizing financial and work time statistics over a time period that you select. It includes the following sections: service summary, completed work summary, work in progress summary, and work backlog summary.
Opportunities sectionThe Opportunities section provides a search list showing opportunities created for the property. To create a new opportunity for the property, click.
Contacts sectionThe Contacts section allows you to view, email, add, and edit contacts associated with the property. This section of the screen is detailed in the Property Contacts List.
Property Issues sectionThe Property Issues section summarizes the recent customer issues associated with the property. The graph is based on open and completed issues for the property. The bars in the chart are defined as follows:
  • Created: Issues for the property created in the last 30 days
  • Completed: Issues for the property completed in the last 30 days
  • Open: Open issues for the property
Clicking on one of the bars in the graph displays a list of the issues the bar represents.
Weathermatic IconWeathermatic is a third party that provides smart property watering solutions, including watering systems. These systems provide remote management of watering systems from computers and mobile devices. Aspire provides an interface to the Weathermatic website for the property by clicking this link. This icon is only available if the Enable Weathermatic Integration checkbox has been selected on the Application Configuration screen's Application tab.
