Article Summary

The notification log search list screen allows you to view and filter information about sent notifications. By default, you will be able to see when a notification was sent and to whom the notification was sent.

Notification Fields

Below is a list of available notification fields that can be used to sort, group, display, and filter your Notification Log

Default Fields 

Field Description 
Notification TypeCurrently, the following notification types are available:
  • Work Ticket Complete (Email, SMS)
  • Absentee (Internal) Notification (SMS) 
  • Visit Reminder (SMS)
Notification Name The name used to identify the notification template. 
Date Sent The date and time marking when the message was successfully sent to the recipient.
  • Date Format: MM/DD/YY
  • Time Format: HH:MM:SS 
Sent ToThe email or phone number of the contact who received the notification at the time at which the message was sent.
Recipient Name The listed first and last name of the contact who received the message.
Branch Name The name of the branch associated with the notification. 

Additional Fields 

Field Description 
Crew LeaderThe Crew Leader associated with the notification. When applicable, there will be a hyperlink to the contact details page that is associated with the Crew Leader
Division Name The name of the division that is associated with the notification. 
Grace Period (min)The amount of time that must transpire after the visit start time with no clock-in before a recipient receives an absentee notification. This is selected on the notification details screen. 
Notification Method How the message was sent. The current notification methods are SMS message and Email. 
Opportunity NameThe name that is listed for the opportunity that is associated with the notification. Click the hyperlink to be directed to the Opportunity overview screen. 
Property Name The name that is listed for the property that is associated with the notification. Click the hyperlink to be directed to the Property overview screen. 
Route NameName of the route that is associated with the notification. 
Service NameService name that is associated with the notification. 
Service TypeService Type associated with the notification. 
Status The status of the notification denotes whether the message was sent or if the message failed to send. This filter will always display a status of Delivered for successfully sent messages. 
Triggered By Denotes the contact responsible for the notification being sent.
  •  Regarding absentee notifications, this is the crew leader associated with the notification. 
  • This will be the contact that completed the ticket for Work Ticket Complete notifications. 

Visit End Date A hyperlink detailing the date and time marking the end of the visit is associated with the notification. Click the hyperlink to view the Visit screen.
  • Date Format: MM/DD/YY
  • Time Format: HH:MM:SS 
Visit Start Date A hyperlink detailing the date and time marking the start of the visit is associated with the notification. Click the hyperlink to view the Visit screen.
  • Date Format: MM/DD/YY
  • Time Format: HH:MM:SS 
Work Ticket #A hyperlink detailing The work ticket number that is associated with the notification. Click the hyperlink to be directed to the Work Ticket details screen. 
Work Ticket Display Name A hyperlink detailing the name of the work ticket associated with the notification. Click on the hyperlink to be directed to the Work Ticket details screen.
