The visit checklist item screen enables you to create and manage individual items that can be used to compose a visit checklist item.

Screen Element	Description
Visit Checklist Item Name*	The name provided to classify the task of the visit checklist item. The maximum character limit is 250 characters.
Branches*	Enables you to specify the branch for which the visit checklist item is applicable. More than one branch can be individually selected.
Division(s)*	Enables you to specify the division for which the visit checklist item is applicable. More than one branch can be individually selected.

The following screen elements are shown in the header of the screen and are available from either tab.

Screen Element	Description
Delete Icon	Clicking this icon deletes the visit checklist item. If the visit checklist item has already been referenced, this icon will be disabled.
Save Icon	Saves any changes for the visit checklist item and takes you back to the previous screen.
